“Proven skills” in compare to just “declared skills”.
- “Declared skills” comes from self-advertising. We can see “declared skills” in each resume.
- “Proven skills” comes from successfully completed project. Say a buyer post new project into, say, “PHP” category, and the freelancer “TakeReal” successfully complete this project. This means: freelancers “TakeReal” has proven skills: “PHP”. And proven experience with “PHP” projects. In this example he prove “PHP” skills in the just 1 project. Obviously, the more projects from “PHP” category he complete, the more he prove his “PHP” skills and “PHP” experience.
