Paypal, blocked payments, India and prepaid credit card for free ($0)

As you know, PayPal recently blocked payments to India. May be other countries in danger too. Also people from many countries already can’t accept PayPal.
Possible solution for Indians: get prepaid MasterCard® card for free and use it to receive payments.
People from other countries should pay $9.95 fee.
